Mais que tu ne discutes pas? ibyo ukoran'uwo muli LEFU yabikora, tu as pourtant et le bagage  (à moins que ce ne soit pas le seul) pour t'elever à lahauteur de ces intellectuels et ...discuter ce rapport à leur coté ou de ton coté, on dirait que tu as peur de ta propre opinion ou avis, car même les lois sont parfois discutables, et discutées, ne crois tu pas que tu reduis ces intellectuels au rang de "colporteurs"? avec ta casquette de "pseudo-politicien" tu pourrais ajouter une dimension à la "discutabilité" , professeur Banyaga ati: Gutegeka igihugu s'ukukinnya mo, (ntusiba kuvuga ko abagitegeka ubu alibyo bakora, nyamara na Trump yategetse icye na "toilettes dorées", ko utunze mu rya Simpunga ngo ubaze "l'autre président" du Rwanda niba Vincent Declert à un fantome ou un figurant? il n'y a pas que les conclusions du rapport qui soient discutables!
