6. Kagame nta kintu kigaragara yavuze kerekana icyo Ubufaransa buzakura muri urwo ruzinduko rwa Macron mu Rwanda ndetse n'icyo Ubufaransa bukura mu mubano mwiza n'Ubufaransa.  Muri make nta gihari, nta nikizaboneka.
