Seuls les profanes peuvent se faire prendre à ce jeu là! Sâches que la guerre médiatique et psychologique est différente de la guerre classique ou la guerre réelle. Donc elle utilise d'autres termes pour exprimer les mêmes concepts. Ainsi en guerre médiatique les villes naissent et disparaissent  selon les situations tactiques. Tout comme en guerre médiatique tous les points et positions du terrain deviennent " stratégiques" ou insignifiants selon l'issue de l'opération.( toute position conquise devient dans le language de guerre médiatique " stratégique" et insignifiant quand il est perdu.
Une illustration qui concerne votre guerre d'agression de 1990-1994 : Vers le 20 octobre 1990, la même RFI a diffusé par la voix d'un certain Jean Helene qui accompagnait les Inyenzi-Inkotanyi dans leur invasion que ces mêmes Inkotanyi venaient de conquérir la "ville stratégique" de Kabarore située  aux portes de Kigali à 100km. Nous avions beau chercher cette ville sur toutes les cartes, mais sans rien trouver. Et c'est le Bourgmestre de Muhura au Mutara qui a indiqué que Kabarore était un tout petit centre avec une dizaine de boutiques  sur la route Kayonza-Kagitumba. Quant au fait d'être aux portes de la Capitale Kigali, le journaliste ne pouvait pas être contredit: Le petit centre de Kabarore est effectivement distant de +- 100 km de Kigali.  Car si par exemple en France, en Allemagne, en  Russie... l'ennemi se trouverait à 100 km de Paris, de Berlin ou de Moscou, il aurait conquis le plus grand du pays. Mais pour le Rwanda, à 100 km de Kigali on est presque à la frontière venqt du Nord ou  du Sud de l'Est ou l Ouest. C'est comme ça les reportages de guerre orientés et contrôlés par les spécialistes en guerre médiatique ( des bons G2 et G5)!

Je viens d'entendre RFI dire, une fois n'est pas coutume, je cite: "le Rwanda vient d' enregistrer ses premiers succès militaires au Mozambique". Nos vaillants RDF(qui en passant tu peux témoigner qu'il n'usurpent pas ce qualificatif) auraient, tel que sur un autre théâtre d'opération  en Oubangui-Chari, fait sauter un verrou (une ville dont j'ai pas retenu le nom) et de ce fait desenclavé  la région sinistrée de Cabo Delgado.
Et les troupes de la SADEC de se précipiter de les rejoindre...
