Une enquête menée par un consortium de médias [1] a révélé que LE RWANDA espionnait LE BURUNDI. Passant par un logiciel espion israélien commercialisé – PEGASUS – par le groupe NSO. Permet aux États qui le possèdent d'accéder à distance aux smartphones visés. LE RWANDA l'utilisait pour espionner le smartphone de M. BUNYONI Alain Guillaume (Commissaire de Police Général), PREMIER MINISTRE BURUNDAIS.  PEGASUS infiltre aussi bien les appareils Android que l'iPhone, fabriqué par Apple.
     Au BURUNDI, on soupçonne d'ores et déjà PEGASUS d'avoir été à la base de L'ASSASSINAT CIBLE du HEROS, MUTABAZI Feu Lieutenant Général NSHIMIRIMANA Adolphe, le dimanche 2 août 2015.

The National Court magistrate José Luis Calama has ordered the search and capture of Kayumba Nyamwasa, a general and former head of Rwanda's secret services, who is under investigation for terrorism, torture, genocide and crimes against humanity.
