[Rwanda Forum] Re: Lu pour vous

Le sage a tout expliqué: nous n'avons pas désarmé l'armée génocidaire rentrée avec armes, bagages, logistique et finances pillés (voir la photo la plus scandaleuse du siècle dernier) et plus grave, nous ne l'avons pas éloignée  à  au moins 150 Km
de la frontière  comme le stipule les règles internationales.
