Didier Mazenga a été à deux doigts d'asséner de coups de poing à Vincent Biruta.  ... Pour un ministre de l'intégration régionale Tyson D.Mazenga est à court d'arguments.

Et Tonton Putine, va-t-il réclamer sa portion de l'éléphant Congo, et les liberateurs (et accessoirement protecteurs des réfugiés) du Rwanda, pourquoi ne donnent-ils pas la réplique au M23 en réclamant des pourparlers avec leur pays d'origine? (dis moi Facteur Niyimike).

By July 1998, the alliance between Kabila and his Rwandan and Ugandan sponsors had broken down. Kabila ordered the foreign forces out of the country, prompting Rwanda and Uganda to create another rebel group, the Rally for Congolese Democracy (RCD), to overthrow Kabila in the Second Congo War. 

Kabila then began to provide military support to ALiR, many members of which he had tried to kill less than two years previously, in order to weaken the RCD and foreign military forces in eastern Congo.

La crise sécuritaire rwando-congolaise a atteint une autre dimension ce samedi 19 novembre 2022. Lors de la réunion interministérielle tenue en marge du 18 ème sommet de l'Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), qui s'est ouverte sur l'île tunisienne de Djerba, le ministre congolais de l'Intégration régionale et Francophonie a failli en venir aux mains avec le ministre rwandais des Affaires étrangères.

Didier Mazenga a été à deux doigts d'asséner de coups de poing à Vincent Biruta.

C'est un incident qui en dit long sur le degré de la détermination des autorités congolaises à mettre fin à l'agression de la République démocratique du Congo par les terroristes du M23 appuyés par l'armée rwandaise.

D'après de membres de la délégation congolaise en Tunisie qui se sont confiés à alternance.cd, Nationaliste devant l'Éternel, le ministre congolais de la Francophonie tenait coûte que coûte à ce que l'OIF condamne dans le communiqué final de cette réunion ministérielle officiellement l'agression de la RDC.

Cette demande insistante n'a pas plu au chef de la diplomatie rwandaise qui aurait tenu des propos déplacés et offensants à l'égard du peuple congolais.

« Piqué au vif, rapporte-t-on, Didier Mazenga a sérieusement voulu corriger Vincent Biruta ».

Ce dernier a été sauvé de justesse par sa compatriote, la Secrétaire générale de l'OIF Louise Mushikiwabo, qui a ordonné à ce que les deux ministres en colère soient évacués de la salle de réunion.

Déterminé à obtenir gain de cause, Didier Mazenga continue, d'après son entourage, à agiter les instances de l'OIF pour qu'elle condamne l'agression rwandaise.

De son côté, le premier ministre Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde, refusant de s'afficher à côté de PaulKagame « pour manifester la totale désapprobation du Gouvernement contre l'agression rwandaise,… n'a pas participé à la photo de famille à l'ouverture du Sommet de la Francophonie », selon le ministère de la Communication et Médias.
