Deux petites questions à RFI:
1. La rwandaise Louise Mushikiwazo sera opposée à qui dans cette élection  pour ce  mandat de quatre ans? Ou  alors elle est candidate unique comme son patron Paul Kagame au Rwanda et donc consigne sera donnée pour qu'elle soit élue à 100% de voix comme Kagame?
2. Paul Kagame sera-t-il présent dans ce Sommet? Si oui qui assurera l'interprétariat car Kagame ne parle ni ne comprend le Français alors que dans les sommets de l'OIF il n'existe pas de service d'interprétariat car ce sont justement des francophones qui se parlent?
