Itegurwa rya genocide ryakozwe na Kagame ntaho ritaniye n'irikorwa na M23.

M23 nayo  mu minsi iri imbere izatubwira ko yahagaritse genocide muri RD Congo. Avacengezi, intasi, impavu z'imirwano batangiye ni kimwe n'ibya FPR.  Bakora kimwe. Ibyatunganiye Kagame byavuyemo genocide ni ibyo bakoresha.    FPR iti abatutsi mu Rwanda bararenganye, babujiwe gutaha iwabo, mu Rwanda hari ivangura amoko.  M23 nayo iti amasezerano yasinwye adufasha gutaha ntiyigeze ashyirwa mu bikorwa. 

Gahunda yavuzwe kera ni iyi: Mfashe Museveni ajye ku butegetsi, Museveni  n'abandi bamfashe kujya ku butegetsi mu Rwanda. Abo bandi (M23) bamfashije nabo mbafashe kujya ku butegetsi muri RD Congo. Nizere ko Leta ya Kisekedi ibona iyo gahunda. 

Mumemye ko ikwirakwiza ry'abacengezi ba FPR mu Rwanda mu myaka ine yose barwana bwavuyemo urwikekwe hagati y'abanyarwanda bityo abakekwaga ko bakora nayo barahaguye.  Nkuko Rutaremara abyivugira umucengezi nawe yitabiriye ubwicanyi bw'abatutsi kugira ngo babwegeke ku butegetsi bwariho. N'ubu muri RD Congo ni uko biteganijwe. 

FPR iti twatangiye imirwano kubera ko twabujijwe gutaha ndetse Habyarimana avuga ko igihugu ari igito. RD Congo yo ni igihugu kinini, ariko  abatutsi  bararwanira imyanya muri Leta no mu ngabo n'ahandi batakoreye cyangwa se batabifitiyemo ubushobozi.  Nta handi babona icyo bakora.  Intwaro za Kagame ni bwo bushobozi bwonyine bafite. 

Kagame akigera ku butegetsi yakoze uko ashoboye kose ngo izina " impunzi z'abanyarwanda" b'abahutu baba hanze riveho.  Abari muri Afrika bayinduye amazina biyita ay'impunzi ziva mu bindi bihugu. Kuri Kagame nta kibazo. Nibikomeze gutyo.  Ariko ibyo ntibibuza ko izo impunzu zihari nubwo bakwandikisha ko baturutse mu bindi bihugu. Ikindi kandi kuba  Habyarimana yaravuze ko igihugu ari igito, sibyo bayakagombye kutuviramo milioni z'abanyarwanda biciwe mu Rwanda no muri RDC. Iyo Kagame atanga iy'impamvu byerekana ko adatakereza neza mu mutwe we ngo yumve ko iyi mpamvu idahagije dukurikije ingaruka y'ibyo yakoze. 

Politike ya Kagame yo kwirengagiza ko impunzi z'abanyarwanda b'abahutu zihari ntaho itaniye n'ibyo Habyarimana yavuze  kandi Kagame yagendeyeho ategura genocide.

The order to search and capture of a Rwandan general for genocide and killing four Spaniards. The National Court magistrate José Luis Calama has ordered the search and capture of Kayumba Nyamwasa, a general and former head of Rwanda's secret services, who is under investigation for terrorism, torture, genocide and crimes against humanity.
