[Rwanda Forum] U Rwanda ntacyo ifite yaha ibindi bihugu

Mu gihe tumaze kumenya ibyo Republika ya Congo  na Centrafrika yahaye u Rwanda, turasanga u Rwanda ntacyo rufite rwaha ibyo bihugu. Amasezerano menshi u Rwanda rusinya n'ibindi bihugu usanga ntacyo ageraho kuko akenshi u Rwanda ntacyo rufite rwaha ikindi gihugu cyaba gikize cyangwa gikennye.

Ubu rero kugira ngo urwanda rwikure  mu isoni, Kagame asigaye aha  inka  aba perezida bamwe ndetse no kubatwara mu modoka basuye u Rwanda. Uretse ibyo nta kindi u Rwanda rufite. Ni business yagombye gukorwa mu buryo bwabugenewe n'ahabugenewe ndetse n'ababifitiye ubushobozi aho kumvisha twese  ko  umunyarwanda wese ko agomaba kugira inka yorora iwe mu rugo.
