[Rwanda Forum] Corree du Nord-Rwanda ou l'incoherence de l'Occident!

L'Occident se moque et fustige le régime de Kim Jung Un de Corée du Nord  pour chaque fois se faire élire à 100% des voix et quelques fois à 99%. Mais en même temps le même Occident félicite Kagame au pouvoir de puis 30 ans quand il se fait élire chaque fois à au moins 98 % et même lui promet des moyens et des astuces pour qu'il atteigne les 100% dans les prochaines élections et cela jusqu'à sa mort car installé par cet Occident comme " Président à vie du Rwanda". Quelle crédibilité et sérieux accorder encore à cet Occident?
