[Rwanda Forum] Crise diplomatique entre la RDC et le Kenya.


Heureusement que le ridicule ne tue pas en Afrique surtout au Kenya🤣Voici un pays qui a été désigné comme médiateur dans les conflits en RDC envahie par des groupes terroristes souvent agissant pour les intérêts de certaines puissances régionales: cas du M23 pour le Rwanda de Kagame. Voilà un pays, le Kenya dont la capitale devait accueillir les assises du processus dit de Nairobi qui devait superviser le regroupement, le désarmement et la réintégration des éléments de ces groupes dans la vie civile, voici un pays qui avait envoyé les troupes en RDC censées superviser le retrait du M23/RDF des zones conquises et le retour des populations civiles chassées par le M23/RDF de leurs biens. Premier couac: les troupes du Kenya en RDC au lieu de veiller au retrait du M23 et au retour des civils dans leurs biens, ont au contraire aidé et permis au M23/RDF de conquérir d'autres zones et de contrôler la presque totalité du Nord Kivu laissant le Chef lieu, la ville de Goma complètement isolée et assiégée. Et voilà que quand le Gouvernement de la RDC ne renouvelle pas le mandat de ces troupes du Kenya, le président de ce pays, William Ruto parraine un autre groupe armé terroriste né sur son sol et ayant comme Quartier Général sa Capitale Nairobi. Et quand on lui demande comment il peut faire ça à la RDC, il répond que c'est ça la Démocratie!😭Qui peut encore prendre au sérieux un tel Chef d'Etat??? Heureusement que le ridicule ne tue pas!
