Kisekedi ati u Rwanda nirwo rutera Congo.  Ariko akananirwa gufunga imipaka hagati y'u Rwanda na Congo. Uwo ni umukino Habyaraimana yakinnye umuviramo ingaruka zikomeye.  Niba se koko ufite gihamya ko abatera Congo baturuka mu Rwanda, n'intwaro zikaba ariyo zituruka, unanirwa n'iki gufunga imipaka hagati ya RDC n'u Rwanda. Impamvu ngo afunze imipaka abanturage  babura uko bahahirana, bakicwa n'inzara bagakena. None se ibyo bisumba abaturage milioni 7 bakuwe mu byabo abandi bakicwa?  Ibi bigaragaza ko koko RDC ikeneye u Rwanda kurusha uko u Rwanda ruyikeneye.
