[Rwanda Forum] OIF: Avis de recrutement. Scandale à Paris!

A l'occasion de la Journée Internationale de la Francophonie, le Cabinet de la Secrétaire Générale à Paris lance un avis de recrutement d'agents permanents dans son cabinet. Conditions à remplir:
- être d'ethnie Tutsi et de préférence d'origine rwandaise;
- parler couramment l'anglais et un Français approximatif;
- n'être pas diplômé d'un établissement d'enseignement supérieur connu!
NB: Avoir été un enfant-soldat ou un combattant dans une rébellion Tutsi de la région des Grands Lacs d'Afrique serait un plus.

Pas étonnant: 

La réalité est que La Francophonie est depuis la Macronie une propriété privée de Paul Kagame qui en a fait un Bureau G2 ( bis) de son Etat-Major Général de son Armée. Et pour l'obtenir il lui a suffit de bannir la langue française dans le système d'enseignement de son Rwanda conquis en 1994. Macron lui a donc fait cadeau de l'OIF depuis 2018. Et c'est ainsi que l'actuelle Secrétaire Générale de l'OIF est une extrémiste Tutsi longtemps Ministre de Kagame, Louise Mushikiwabo. Conséquences: Son cabinet à Paris est le repère exclusif des Tutsi rwandais comme cette Porte-Parole ( une métisse belgo-Tutsi aux noms flamands pour faire diversion), en passant par son Conseiller diplomatique un officier militaire de l'Armée de Kagame spécialisé en Renseignements militaires le Major Denis Nyaruhirira. Et on demande au plus grand pays francophone du monde, la RDC de fêter cette extinction de la lague française voulue par le francophobe et illettré Paul Kagame et exécutée par Macron!🤷‍♂️
