[Rwanda Forum] Pourquoi pourquoi tous les Congolais de haut rang sont très vieux ?

Pourquoi tous les Congolais de haut rang sont très vieux ? N'est-il pas temps de les remplacer :  Les officiers et les Ministres. Le seul Ministre qui est  jeune est  Patrick Muyaya.  Les vieux officiers devraient aller à la retraite.
