Bravo à SE le Président Tshisekedi pour ne pas avoir participé à la dernière réunion des Chefs d'Etat de la CEAC. Il ne faut jamais discuter et être à la même table avec des Chefs d'Etat menteurs. Les Présidents Kenya, Rwandais et  Ougandais  sont arrogants envers la RDC et se considèrent comme les plus malins de l'Afrique et pensent qu'un jour ou l'autre Tshisekedi tombera dans leurs pièges.

Quand les  accords de paix pour  arrêter la guerre de Kagame contre le Rwanda  de 1990-1994 qui about au génocide causé par Kagame, le Président Habyarimana a fait  honnêtement le tour du Kenya, Uganda, Tanzanie, Burundi  et RDC ( ex-Zaire) pour les remercier d'avoir soutenu ces accords de paix. Cependant, entretemps Kagame et Museveni préparaient des stratégies pour que ces accords ne soient pas mises en œuvre. Il préparaient l'assistant du président Habyarimana et de nouveaux attaques meurtrières pour conquérir de nouvelles localités et qui ont abouti au génocide rwandais.   

Ceci montre qu'on ne peut pas avoir confiance en Ruto, Kagame et Museveni.  Tout simplement le président  Tshisekedi ne devrait plus aller dans ces réunions de la EAC aussi longtemps que la guerre de Kagame/M23 n'est pas terminée en faveur de la RDC.  Entre temps la RDC devrait suspendre sa participation dans les institutions de la EAC jusqu' à nouvel ordre. On  ne peut travailler avec les menteurs, les assassins, les  gens qui vous poignardent dans le dos et qui se mêlent dans les affaires internes de la RDC.

The National Court magistrate José Luis Calama has ordered the search and capture of Kayumba Nyamwasa, a general and former head of Rwanda's secret services, who is under investigation for terrorism, torture, genocide and crimes against humanity.
