Ibyaranze kwiyamamaza ku mwanya wa Perezida wa Repubulika  kugeza ubu.

 

Uko batwereka  Kagame muri iri yamamaza ni uko Gaddafi, ba Mobutu, Bokassa na  Saddam Hussein nabo bari bameze igihe bategeceshaga igitugu mu bihugu byabo. Abo bahutu bose baza kureba no kumva Kagame nibo baranga igitugu mu Rwanda.

Abanyarwanda benshi barishwe ari mu Rwanda, ari muri  RDC ndetse n'ibindi bihugu kubera ko bari aba nyamuryango ba MRND,  abahora ko bashyigikye Habyarimana. 

 

Kagame aho agiye hose aragenda avuga  intambara nyuma y'imyaka 30 ategeka u Rwanda. Mu karere  u Rwanda rurimo nta mahoro. Kagame  ntacyo yakoze kugira mu karere habe amahoro.  Yishimye kubona abantu benshi bapfa mu karere ndetse hakaba in'impunzi nyinshi. Ibi byose akaba ariwe wabiteye.

 

Kagame ati amateka y'u Rwanda atangirira nyuma ya independence, ati ibindi byose biri imbere yaho ntibitureba kuko ku isi yose ni uko byari bimeze.  Arabeshya.  Ibyo si ukuri. Ati ni uko mu bihugu byose byari bimeze. Nta mihanda yari ihari, nta mashuri, nta mavuriro, abantu bagendaga nta nkweto bambaye amasaro n'impu, barara hanze, abakire batuye muri nyakatsi ndetse n'umwami n'abandi bose bamuri hafi.  Ati ni uko hose byari bimeze mu isi no mu karere kacu. Ibi ni ukobeshya abanyarwanda.

Nyamara Kagame amaze kugera mu Rwanda yasanze ko rwahindutse. Iterambere rigaragara. Muzi ko akihagera  yahinduye amazina y'ibintu byinshi yasanze. Yongeraho no kubisahura  agurisha i Bugande.

 Ati ibyo uburetwa, apartheid, ubusumbane, ubwicanyi, ubuhake abatutsi bakoreye abahutu mubyibagirwe.  Kagame nawe bitemura isoni agahitamo kutwubwira ko amataeka y'u Rwanda ahereye nyuma ya independence.  Abatutsi badutekeka ko amateka y'u Rwanda ya mbere ya independence yibagirana ariko ntibishoboka. Barabikora gutyo kuko bafite isoni. Bazi ko ubuhake aribwo nyirabayazana ya genocide.

Abatutsi bicaye  bagatekereza,  bakavugisha ukuri, bakumva ko iyo ubuhake mu Rwanda bwamaze imyaka irenga 500 butabaho  nta genocide yajyaga kubaho. Bakumva ko bagomba gusaba imbabazi abahutu, amahoro mu Rwanda yazagurak ku buryo burambye.

 

Kagame ati nta mpunzi z'abanyarwanda zagombye kubaho. Ariko ntacyo akora kugira ngo izo mpunzi zitabaho. Ubu impamzu z'abanhutu zigeze kuri milioni imwe zinyanyagihe hirya no hino ku isi.

 

Ahubwo ikimurangaje ni  ugushyira imbere no kurwanira impunzi z'abatutsi b'abanyekongo baba mu Rwanda tutanazi uburyo bahageze. Ngo yafashe intwaro abarwanira kuko bashaka gutaha. Iyo politike ni ironda koko  Kagame akora kandi iri no mu zindi nzego z'igihugu ntimuhesha agaciro n'icyubahiro na gato. Nta kwiye kuba umuyobozi w'igihugu.
