De sources sûres, après le plébiscite de votre idole et modèle. le dictateur sanguinaire Tutsi venu d'Ouganda et qui règne sur le Rwanda depuis 30 ans Paul Kagame, vous êtes nommés dans son prochain Gouvernement en récompense à vos efforts pour promouvoir son image en Occident mais surtout à vulgariser et maintenir le mythe Tutsi consistant à assurer l'impunité et l'immunité à cette race Tutsi et surtout le droit de domination sur les autres peuples de la région.
Ainsi Madame Helene Dumas est nommée: Ministre de la Promotion de la race Tutsi en Union Européenne,
Monsieur Vincent Duclert: Ministre de la Réécriture de l'Histoire du Rwanda depuis 1959.
Le nouveau Gouvernement prêtera serment à Kigali devant Paul Kagame et sur le Kalinga, le tambour emblème de la féodalité Tutsi de dynastie Bega-Nyiginya qui a régné sur le Rwanda pendant plus de 400 ans.
