Bityo akazabakoresha ashaka kudestabiliza ibyo bihugu. Iyo gahunda igasubira kuri ya yindi navuze ya Museveni n'abatutsi bamufashije nawe akabafasha mu gutera u Rwanda. Kagame ati uko twabikoze na Museveni  tumufasha nawe akadufasha,  no muri RDC ni uko bizagenda kandi bizashoboka. Ati dufite experience ni nayo dukoresha muri RDC.
