[Rwanda Forum] For the historian Isidore Ndaywel, peace in Rwanda is "artificial" and he fears a "backlash" from the Hutus against the Tutsis.



During a show titled "30 Years is Enough!" which aired last weekend on national television (RTNC), the famous Congolese historian Isidore Ndaywel É Nziem expressed his concern that Rwanda could fall back into a situation of interethnic conflict in the coming years if there is no "real" reconciliation between the Tutsi and Hutu communities of Rwanda.
