Towards a fourth term? 

The ruling party in Rwanda, the Rwandan Patriotic Front (FPR), appointed the country's president Paul Kagame on Saturday, March 9 as its candidate in the presidential election on July 15, indicating that it elected him without opposition at a congress that ended on Saturday.
