Ou bien ce sous-ministre est complètement dingue ou alors c'est un " Hutu de service" comme on en connait au Rwanda sous le régime Tutsi du FPR Kagame que ses Maitres Tutsi destinent à uniquement déclarer des inepties qu'il lui dictent car ne pouvant point objecter.
Sinon comment un politicard quelque peu logique peut-il oser s'étonner qu'un pays agressé et occupé militairement comme l'est la RDC puisse intégrer dans ses options avoir la paix la solution militaire tout en adhérant aux processus des négociations? Pauvre Budome ( Bout d'homme) , vas!
