En France scandale médiatico-judiciaire. Exemple: FranceInfo dans l'affaire Protais Zigiranyirazo. 

Certains médias de France comme ici FranceInfo et la journaliste Juliette Roché doivent impérativement et dans les meilleurs délais être traduits devant la Justice pour "Calomnies et Diffamations" en l'endroit de feu Protais Zigiranyirazo et pour "Outrage à la Justice et Déni de l'Autorité de la chose jugée" par la Justice Internationale , le TPIR. Ce Journal FranceInfo et sa journaliste Juliette Roché qui qualifient un innocent de criminel et de "cerveau du génocide" et qui prétendent que son jugement définitif en appel qui l'a acquitté de tous les chefs d'accusations (six en tout dont celui "d'entente en vue de commettre le génocide) ", que ce jugement en appel ne compte pas face à celui de première instance qui l'avait condamné quelques temps auparavant et dont justement il avait fait appel. Il est donc mort " innocent" et blanchi de toutes les accusations. Mais même mort, personne ni aucune instance ne devrait le qualifier de " cerveau du génocide" et prétendre qu'il fut condamné par le TPIR alors que ce tribunal l'a acquitté définitivement. Sa famille et les amis qu'il a laissés tout comme les défenseurs des Droits de l'Homme et la vérité devraient se mobiliser et porter plainte contre ce genre de publications et leurs auteurs.

The National Court magistrate José Luis Calama has ordered the search and capture of Kayumba Nyamwasa, a general and former head of Rwanda's secret services, who is under investigation for terrorism, torture, genocide and crimes against humanity.
